Registration Fee: $30 for IAIP Members; $40 for Non-Members

I’m so happy to welcome you to Lynchburg for our 27th Annual meeting! We have a lot to discuss
and plan for our Council and I do hope you will make plans to attend. Attached is the tentative
agenda for your review. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or con-

**NOTE: Business Meeting time is tentative and will flux based on discussions of the group. Lunch may
start a little earlier if we finish the business portion of our meeting early.
We have time after the luncheon to continue any discussions from the business meeting. I want to be sure
all attendees feel their concerns/ideas have been shared and heard. Feel free to email me specific topics
you would like discussed.
Hotels:
We do not have a block of rooms reserved. Liberty University has a football game scheduled the same day
and many rooms are already booked/full. You can try the Hampton Inn Lynchburg (5604 Seminole Ave;
Lynchburg, VA 24502) at 434-237-2704. Room rate is $108.30 (AAA rate).
