Two of my favourite presentations, Becoming Better and Communication Skills, have been combined, modified suitably, for this particular occasion. Please see both the parts.
20090515 Tuning Your Mind To Improve Communication Skills 20s - Nagarjunaviswanadham vangapally
Before beginning, tuning is necessary; this is true, whether it is a musical instrument, or a much more complicated thing like our mind. Concentration becomes, relatively easy; absorption possibility improves. I would say that tuning helps to ‘live in the present’. Not missing the present is the best way to ensure that a better future is obtained. It’s true that if present is utilized properly, a better future becomes a possibility. This presentation was used to tune the minds of the participants, including that of mine. Thus, tuning the mind helps you to become more conscious, more observant, more comparing, more practicing and more achieving. Just go through this presentation, and hopefully, you will get interested in the real presentation.
This presentation is meant as a supplementary presentation for the main presentation titled as Becoming a Better Teacher, used for the participants of a programme organized by the Academic Staff College of Osmania University, Hyderabad. Hopefully, this presentation will tune the minds of the participants to the noble profession.

Why you need to reinvent your coach's posture NOW and how to do so successfullyGreatness Coaching
Unleash your artistry to coach at far deeper levels and co-create far higher value
1. Let go of your wish to know solutions - we coach at our best when we don’t know.
2. Be still and invite silence a lot more to your conversations, as an inspiring third party.
3. Ascertain with your clients what they really need, not what their culture or ecosystem makes them need.
“Ask questions where culture does not provide an answer.” (Dr. Elena Espinal)
4. Connect and partner with your clients' shadows as creative resources.
5. Explore deeply your client’s discomfort zone. This may be hurtful - ensure it never harms. Empathize while staying detached from emotions. Sensibility helps; sentimentality doesn’t.
6. Detect your clients’ energy sources activated by the conversation, and question what turned them on.
7. Inquire about what your clients’ guts and hearts want;
involve their three brains in deconstructing the irrelevant or toxic “old stories" wandering in their minds.

Stealth attraction for mens gets her with your wordsichettrisagar95
My article gives a set of techniques used by men to subtly and effectively attract women without overtly displaying their intentions. It involves using non-verbal cues, body language, and subtle psychological tactics to create intrigue and build attraction. The goal is to appear confident, mysterious, and charismatic while maintaining an air of mystery that piques the interest of the person you are trying to attract. This approach emphasizes subtlety and finesse in communication and interaction to create a powerful and lasting impression.

Covey says most people look for quick fixes. They see a big success and want to know how he did it, believing (and hoping) they can do the same following a quick bullet list.
But real change, the author says, comes not from the outside in, but from the inside out. And the most fundamental way of changing yourself is through a paradigm shift.
That paradigm shift is a new way of looking at the world. The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People presents an approach to effectiveness based on character and principles.
The first three habits indeed deal with yourself because it all starts with you. The first three habits move you from dependence from the world to the independence of making your own world.
Habits 4, 5 and 6 are about people and relationships. The will move you from independence to interdependence. Such, cooperating to achieve more than you could have by yourself.
The last habit, habit number 7, focuses on continuous growth and improvement.

56. Tears and Smiles, birth and death; virtue and vice; sunrise and sunset,
night and day are not opposed to each other. They are misunderstood
synonyms; they are apparent antonyms. They are not contradictory but
complementary to each other. In fact they enrich each other, enjoy each
other’s presence, shake hands with each other, embrace each other,
merge and finally dissolve into each other in the joyous union, in the
delightful Dance of Life. Tears and Smiles cannot exist without the
presence of each other. The day we reject tears, smiles are also rejected.
Indestructible is their dualistic interdependence.
