WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, lone canvass was submitted for eligibility and
was found eligible on July 9, 2012.

passed in all the requirements and its bid for the REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 1 & 7 LEARNER'S
MODULE AND TEACHER'S GUIDE is Two Million Four Hundred Thousand One Hundred Twenty
