This document provides instructions for packaging and delivering English Language Arts (ELA) test materials for scoring from New York City charter schools. It describes preparing ELA test booklets and answer documents for grades 3-5 and 6-8 by alphabetizing, adding header sheets, and placing materials in poly bags or envelopes. The materials are then packed into cartons with information sheets and delivered to a scoring site by a specified deadline.

 Place the large poly bag containing the following materials in the carton on top
