The DIEGO project aims to promote inclusive e-government through accessible public services. It is funded by the EU and involves 13 partners across 6 member states. The project develops technical aids to guarantee accessibility of public services for citizens with cognitive, physical, visual, or other impairments. It also ensures multi-channel access through mobile, kiosks, PC, and TV to allow citizens to choose their preferred access method. The goal is to stimulate e-inclusion and ensure no one is discriminated against in accessing public services.
