Our St. Elizabeth High School Leadership Team School’s Vision for Students in Action educate and encourage classmates in community outreach help classmates to develop leadership qualities energize the student body so the future of SIA in St. Elizabeth High School is secure Leadership Team currently 3 members; had 6 in the beginning of year Marissa Lelii; student leader Allison Lynch; fundraiser advertising Kate Rankin; publicizing student winners
Our St. Elizabeth High School Leadership Team   (ctd.) Succession Plan for Next Year students will be selected based on desire and willingness to commit to SIA select students in other student leadership based groups (e.g. National Honor Society or Student Leadership Group) succession plan has been successful in previous years Fall Leadership Conference five members attended the Leadership Conference in November taught us how to work as a team emphasized the importance of communication
Help Desk for Help: Expanding Volunteer Capacity Recognition recognized monthly service stars  Connecting with Interested Volunteers advertised Christmas card collection with Christmas card necklaces and posters throughout school offered a way for the SEHS community to give back to those in need without having to spend money Assisting Other Groups in School teamed up with Boys Lacrosse Team for the Annual Great Penny Race

Expanding Financial Capacity for Volunteers Great Penny Race   raised $700 and donated proceeds to Haiti Relief Fund St. Jude’s Ranch mailed approximately 1,200 Christmas cards to St. Jude’s Ranch if all cards are used and sold, $12,000 would be raised Other organizations plan to help NHS with a school dance benefiting DTRAC (Delaware Therapeutic Riding at Carousel)
