Turtle Camp provided a unique leadership experience for senior business leaders in the remote Aboriginal community of Mapoon in Far North Queensland, Australia. Over six days, participants worked with indigenous Rangers on turtle conservation while reflecting on contemporary leadership challenges. Participants explored themes like ecological sustainability, collaboration, and leading with social responsibility. Working with the local community helped participants experience stillness and presence, reflect on their leadership practices, and identify ways to evolve their approach to address environmental and social issues.
