suchassuspensionor the fueltankfrom the rearof the
vehicle,firstsupportthefront ofthe vehiclewith tall
safetystands.When substantialweightis removed
from the rearof the vehicle,the centerof gravitycan
changeand causethe vehicleto tip forwardon the hoist.
FrameHoist
1. Positionthe hoistlift blocks(A),or safetystands,
underthe vehicle'sfront supportpoints(B)and rear
supportpoints(C).
2. Raisethe hoista few inches,and rockthe vehicle
gentlyto be sureit is firmly supported.
3. Raisethe hoistto full height,and inspectthelift
pointsfor solidcontactwith the lift blocks.

To supportthe vehicleon safetystands.usethe same
suppon points(Band C)asfor a frame hoist,Always
usesatetystandswhen workingon or underany
vehiclethat is supportedonly by a jack.

Thetowing hookcan be usedwith a winchto pullthe
vehicleontothe truck,andthe tie down hooksslotscan
be usedto securethe vehicleto truck.
