reconstruction with total build-up area of more
than 500 m2 are observed;
Recommend energy efficiency improvement
measures.

Submit one-off declaration (according to a
template) to SEDA within 6 months from the
facility commissioning date;
Organize initial check within 2 years from the
deadline for submitting the declaration, as well
as periodic energy efficiency check. The results
from the check shall be received with a protocol
within 30 days from its submission.
