INTERNSHIP REPORT ON “Measuring Customer Satisfaction Level of Debit Cardhold...Liman Bakhtiar
The main concern of this report is to find out the customer satisfaction of ATM card holder.
So the title of the report is “Measuring Customer Satisfaction Level of Debit Cardholders of
Southeast Bank Limited”. This report is a descriptive research which is based on both
qualitative and quantitative data. Exactly 100 participants have completed structured
questioner and interviews. According the research problem research methodology was
selected and after analyzing the data it is found that the customer somewhat dissatisfied with
SEBL, although there is a number of objection among them. To increase the customer
satisfaction SEBL can take a number of initiatives like – taking initiative to eliminate wrong
information about SEBL ATM card, broadening internet banking and online shopping and
most importantly increase the number of ATM booth. This internship report will give a
narrow idea about the customer satisfaction of SEBL along with my experience and a little
introduction of SEBL. Besides this report make some recommendation to improve customer’s
satisfaction. In a nutshell SEBL should emphasize on customers satisfaction much more to
maintain a smoother customer relation.

Agent banking and its prospects in bangladesh prepared by md. riad shahriar r...Comilla University
Agent Banking means providing limited scale banking and financial services to the unbanked population through engaged agents under a valid agency agreement, rather than a teller/ cashier. It is the owner of an outlet who conducts banking transactions on behalf of a bank. It is one of the most popular financial services in the world where there are difficulties in accessing geographical locations easily. And that is why agent banking is very successful in Latin America & Africa. Other developed like United Kingdom, Australia etc. countries are also gradually deploying agent banking because it reduces the cost of operating of the bank. Most of the services of a bank can be provided through agents, thus people of remotest area of a country can be brought under proper financial structure by the virtue of agent banking. According to the agent banking guideline the software of any individual agent will be connected to the core software of the bank, so transactions that will take place in agent premises will be shown in the banking system real-time. To set up a branch in a specific area is very costly, so the banks are enhancing agent banking services for the unbanked people in which they have a little cost. There are almost 160 million people in Bangladesh but most of the people are unbanked. If these people can be included in the banking sector, then not only the economy of the country but also the unbanked people will be benefited from it.

This Internship report is for Comilla university which is based on Rupali Bank Bangladesh limited (Comilla Corporate Branch) and the major part of this report covered General Banking sector. This was made by Md Obaid Ullah Jaki, Management Studies Department,Second Batch,Comilla university. The principal function of each and every bank is to acquire deposits and provide loan. Every people
have faith on the bank and save their money for securities and getting some interest. Bank performs
truthful position to maintain its functions properly. They collect cash from them as credit score
and provide loan to the needy people in exchange of some interest. The profitability of bank in the
mainly rely on well management of the bank. For ensuring its suitable functions, banks need to
maintain its liquid assets and liabilities.
Throughout this internship report I’m going to speaking about the liquidity management of Janata
Bank Ltd. and its corresponding aspect. My internship report has been divided in some chapter on
the basis of understanding the study. Additionally, I’ve discussed the management method of
Janata Bank Ltd. and structure of the bank that will help to get primary notion about the Janata
Bank Ltd and scope and limitations that I confronted in times of getting ready this report. I tried
my best to encompass some introductory contents about the report I have selected. I firmly think
that this will assist to get a clear view about the exclusive functions of Janata Bank Ltd.
As my topic is about liquidity management of Janata Bank Ltd. so it’s required to give view about
the core issue of the liquidity management of the Janata Bank Ltd. Additionally, I’ve brought the
liquidity management guideline of Bangladesh Bank and tried my best to collect facts about the
liquidity management of Janata Bank Ltd. that the bank has conducted. All these records about the
SLR and CRR condition of Janata Bank Ltd have considered in preparing the report. Liquidity
management refers the management of the liquid assets and maintains reserves to attain goals
following the rules and regulations of the Bangladesh Bank. Loan and advances management of a
bank has significant effect on the liquidity risk of the bank. So Janata Bank Ltd. evaluates the
applicant for a loan carefully to provide loan a right person. In every stages of works of Janata
Bank Ltd. have to follow the guidelines and regulations of central bank of Bangladesh. The
internship program helps me to know the management process of the Janata Bank Ltd.
Finally, I would like say that, Liquidity management is core issue of bank financial management,
so every bank should keep careful attention on the liquidity management of the bank.

Performance Analysis of mode-wise investment of the Union Bank Limited, D.T R...Abir Abir
In this report, I have tried to show a performance analysis of investment modes of Union Bank Ltd, D.T Road Edgah Branch. For progress in the future, they can have a glance in this report and find good ways to achieve their goal in a competitive environment. It was difficult for me to find the drawbacks of any branch in 3 months but I have tried my best to give something for my observation. I have tried to give a bird’s eye view of Union Bank Limited throughout the report and gave some recommendation to improve their current conditions. I took face to face interview with corporate clients and general customers of Union Bank Limited to have a good idea of the bank. The bank has to take necessary steps to innovate and develop their banking system to be more comparative in the market because if they do not they will lack behind from the market. So, finally, I want to say that this is the best experience of my life to work in an organization with a good supervisor. I have learned a lot of things from this involvement with this bank. This practical experience will help me a lot in the future when I will be a fixed employee in an organization.

General Banking & Credit Risk Management are the most important sides for a bank.
Bank is nothing but a middleman between lenders (surplus sector) and borrowers (deficit
sector). To provide loan, bank needs a huge amount of money from the lenders. General
banking is the side where bank offers different options to the clients to deposit (save) and
remit their money. To invite the clients, bank offers different options in front to their
clients. Most of these options are very much similar between the banks, but the customer
services and facilities may not be the same.
It has many services which are provided for customer. Such as DBDS, MSP, FDR, STD
etc. In the modern banking business they also provide online banking, ATM facility, SMS
banking and so many other things.
vi
7. A credit policy includes all rules relating to loans and advances made by the bank to the
borrowers. It includes types of credit extended by banks, method of judging the credit
worthiness of borrowers, the collateral or securities that are accepted by the banks and so
on. This policy guidelines refer to all credit facilities extended to customers including
placement of funds on the inter bank market or other transactions with financial
institutions. MBL Credit policy contains the views of total macro-economic development
of the country as a whole by way of providing financial support to the Trade, Commerce

society. They are financing large and medium scale business house and industry. At the
same time, they also take care of entrepreneurs through its operation of Lease Finance
