Our flagship product is the VBS, which is a Vehicle Booking System, but it's much more than that - it's a terminal capacity management system. Used well, the VBS allows port community members to: 1. Plan: plan equipment and staff to support the workload 2. Manage: manage truck movements and even the container types to reduce traffic congestion and queue wait times 3. Grow: by regulating and controlling the flow of trucks, port community members can increase capacity without increasing land size, thus reducing labour costs

operations and co-ordinate the efficient flow of
trucks through a port facility.

use the VBS to plan their
workload, then organise
the equipment and staff
to support it.

7. The VBS is also used to
manage container and truck
movements to reduce traffic
congestion and truck turn-
around times.

8. By using the VBS to regulate and control the
flow of trucks, port community members can
grow capacity without increasing land size,
thus reducing costs.
