Algorithms may erroneously detect patterns or correlations based on incomplete, selective or misleading market data. Patterns may be based on historical data and 'back trading' that
may not predict future trends and new factors could result in very different and unpredicted patterns.
In addition, market sentiment can be volatile and change unexpectedly at any time. Algorithms may fail to respond to changes with enough speed and accuracy.
Algorithms may include Algorithms designed by third parties over which we have little or no control and which may expose you to additional risk.
Algorithms may malfunction due to technical or other problems, such as software failures (including viruses, bugs or glitches) or hardware failures, any of which may result in an
inability to ensure accurate real time processing of trades. This may significantly and adversely affect the performance of your Account.
Neither we nor you may be able to monitor, intervene or manually control the trades, including the ability to close out trades.
