The firstrecipe I triedmakingformy friends‘chicken cutlet’,itwasa hitand it tasted divine.Letme
share the recipe withyouguysso youcan alsotreat yourfamilyandfriendswiththe same.
Preptime:30mins
Chicken cutlet
Ingredients
 250 grams Chicken breasts , minced
 1 Onion , finely chopped
 2 Green Chilies , finely chopped
 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder , optional
 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped
 Salt , to taste
 Sunflower Oil , for frying
 1teaspoon ginger paste
For coating
 1 Whole Eggs , beaten
 1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
1. To begin making the cutlet first mince the chicken in the food processor.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, about ½ cup bread crumbs, onion, green chillies
and all the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs and the egg. Combine well, add
salt as per taste.
3. Make equal size round discs from the cutlet mixture
4. Whisk the egg in a bowl and keep it aside
5. Heat a pan and add some oil. Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg and thereafter roll it over
the bread crumbs so that the cutlets get coated well.
6. Fry the cutlets in the pan on low medium flame for about 8-10mins and serve hot with
ketchup
Learn from my experience
From my experience I would say practice and practice till you succeed. Nothing comes easy
not even cooking. The more we try out new recipes the more pro we get. Just by cooking
once we would not be able to master cooking a particular dish. Try the same recipe again so
that you can learn from your previous mistake. Also don’t think of giving up yet because the
recipe didn’t turn out the way you wanted. There is always scope for improvement. If you
do it the next time never repeat the same mistakes. These little things that can be easily
handled and make you your perfect recipe.
Anyone who is a bit inclined towards cooking will definitely do well. For anyone to master
an art you need to have passion a liking.
We all love convenience food, but one of the simplest way to improve your health is by
consuming homemade food. So let’s get started. Let’s start with breakfast first

Preptime:30mins Chicken cutlet Ingredients  250 grams Chicken breasts , minced  1 Onion , finely chopped  2 Green Chilies , finely chopped  1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder  1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder , optional  1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , finely chopped  Salt , to taste
  • 12.  Sunflower Oil , for frying  1teaspoon ginger paste For coating  1 Whole Eggs , beaten  1 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs 1. To begin making the cutlet first mince the chicken in the food processor. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, about ½ cup bread crumbs, onion, green chillies and all the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs and the egg. Combine well, add salt as per taste. 3. Make equal size round discs from the cutlet mixture 4. Whisk the egg in a bowl and keep it aside 5. Heat a pan and add some oil. Dip the cutlets in the beaten egg and thereafter roll it over the bread crumbs so that the cutlets get coated well. 6. Fry the cutlets in the pan on low medium flame for about 8-10mins and serve hot with ketchup Learn from my experience From my experience I would say practice and practice till you succeed. Nothing comes easy not even cooking. The more we try out new recipes the more pro we get. Just by cooking once we would not be able to master cooking a particular dish. Try the same recipe again so that you can learn from your previous mistake. Also don’t think of giving up yet because the recipe didn’t turn out the way you wanted. There is always scope for improvement. If you do it the next time never repeat the same mistakes. These little things that can be easily handled and make you your perfect recipe.
