1. Hallowed Ground – Opening scene
Father Hope is sat in the church, reciting the Lord’s Prayer. All of a sudden he hears a faint scream in
the distance. He runs to the window at once, to look for any danger. He sees nothing. He then runs
down the alter; through the church yard, into the woodland and comes out to a clearing. He sees
two girls. One struggling, the other is calm. The calm girl turns at the sound of Father Hope, her hair
is tangled, her face is pale, her hands are blood soaked and cut. Her eyes are as black as the eyes of
the devil. She resumes strangling the weak, vulnerable girl. Taking all her life away in one slit of her
neck. The girl falls to the floor, in a pile of her own blood, Father Hope runs back to the churchyard
at once. He is not followed.
