2. Part 4 Introduction
In this part we explore issues of importance to the
missionary once he or she arrives on location. In
chapter 12 we discuss issues of importance to family
and mission team. In chapter 13 we cover issues of
strategy and ministry. In chapter 14, we overview the
missionary work of developing relationships with
people who are culturally different. In our final
chapter of this part, chapter 15, we turn the focus
around to explore challenges that face the senders of
missionaries—the local churches, agencies, and
training institutions.
