This document provides instructions for creating a diagram sheet to include key details about a building's location, construction, occupancy, and nearby exposures. The diagram should show the building's address, an arrow indicating north, dimensions and construction of the building, adjacent buildings and their distances, streets and roads, fire hydrant locations, firewalls, and any other pertinent structures like fuel tanks. The diagram sheet also requests the total area occupied by the insured if they are a tenant, or the total commercial and apartment areas if they own the entire building, as well as any parking areas.
