- Median home prices in Zachary, Central, Ascension Parish, and Prairieville were higher than in East Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge.
- Home prices in Baker, Livingston Parish, and Denham Springs were lower than in Greater Baton Rouge.
- Within Ascension Parish, prices were higher in Prairieville than the parish as a whole.
- In West Baton Rouge Parish, Addis had the highest median home prices.
