Danaher Corporation released supplemental financial information regarding its debt to total capital and net debt to total capital ratios as of July 1, 2005 and December 31, 2004. As of July 1, 2005, Danaher Corporation's debt to total capital ratio was 21.3% and its net debt to total capital ratio was 8.1%, representing decreases from December 31, 2004 ratios of 22.6% and 12.4% respectively. These ratios provide useful information to investors regarding the company's debt leverage and management uses them to evaluate leverage over time to determine additional borrowing capacity.
Thoughts on the Internet's Founding Mythsanytime01
The document discusses two perceived myths about the internet: 1) That the implicit wisdom of online crowds guarantees the emergence of truth, and 2) That increased access to information online constitutes progress. However, the author argues that most internet users lack expertise in many topics and are unable to properly evaluate information. Consequently, falsities and poor quality content are widespread online. While isolated high-quality communities exist, they are overwhelmed by a "tsunami" of low-quality user-generated content. The author believes increased access online has not led to greater understanding and that anti-intellectualism has spread as people rely more on entertainment and reject expertise.
Introduction to SEO Strategies and Techniquesanytime01
This document provides an introduction to search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and techniques. It defines SEO as the process of modifying a website to increase its search engine friendliness and rankings. The document outlines three important SEO techniques: identifying keywords, optimizing page titles, and ensuring unique content. It explains that page titles and keywords are crucial for search engine results, and duplicated content hurts a site's rankings. The goal of SEO is to gain more traffic from search engines through better optimization.
The document provides supplemental financial information for Danaher Corporation for the second quarter of 2004 including free cash flow, the ratio of free cash flow to net earnings, debt to total capital ratios, and net debt to total capital ratios. It shows operating cash flows, capital expenditures, and the resulting free cash flow for the quarter and six months ended in July 2004 and the comparable periods from the prior year. Notes define key terms and ratios and explain how management uses the information.

випадкова подія та її ймовірність;
розподілу;

1) обидві деталі годні;
2) обидві деталі браковані;
