What is the coronavirus?
1. It is a kind of virus.
2. They are so light that they can float through the air,
and they can sit on your skin without youfeeling them.
3. If you have been infected with one of these
coronaviruses,all you probably had was a snotty
nose or a cough.
How do you catch the coronavirus?
1. Coronavirus germs live in people’s throats and mouths.
2. When someone who has the coronavirus coughs or sneezes or breathes
out, the germs come out of their mouth in tiny drops of water.
3. If the person with the coronavirus germs on their hands uses a door, the
invisible germs can live on the handle for hours.
What happens if you catch the coronavirus?
1. You will get high temperature and get coughs.
2. Some body may have aches all over their body.
3. The body has a weapen against viruses called antibodies.
So why are people worried about catching
coronavirus?
1. Nearly,there are some people not enough strong and health to fight virus.
2. They might be people who are more than 70 years old, or already have
other illnesses like cancer that might make their bodies weaker.
3. Sometimes even this might not be enough to help them get better and, if
that happens, then sadly they might die.
Is there a cure for the coronavirus?
1. Doctors don’t have a cure for the coronavirus yet because it is a new illness.
2. Another thing that scientists are working on is a vaccine.
3. It takes many months to make a new medicine.
Why are some places we normally go to closed?
1. We need to make sure that as few people as possible get the coronavirus.
2. if lots of people get ill and have to go to hospital at the same time, then
hospitals will get too busy to look after people properly.
3. Most people can also go out of their home if they need to buy food or to
exercise, but they must be very careful not to go near anyone else.
What’s it like to be at home all the time?
1. Sometimes being at home can be great fun.You can do things that you
wouldn’t normally do when you are at school or when the grown-ups are at
work.
2. You may feel worried about everything what you care.
3. If you feel worried,try to talk to your family.
What can I do to help?
1. You are already helping a lot by staying at home. But you can also help by
taking extra care to make sure you don’t catch or pass on the coronavirus
to anybody else.
2. You can kill the virus by washing hand.
3. Using the tissue when you want to wipe your nose.
4. If everyone does these things,it will make a big difference!
What else I can do?
1. Be kind to people who you live with.
2. Keep study,so you won`t feel bored.
3. Help grown-ups do housework,don`t let them worried about you.
What`s going to happen next?
1. If we take care of ourselves and others,we will be fine soon.
2. Doctors and scientists will find the solution.
3. After all,everything will become normal as nothing happened.
