1. Processor: 2.0 GHz Quad-Core Qualcom SDM 429
2. Internal Memory: 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM

4. Display 8.0” WXGA
5. Resolution: 1280 x 800 pixel
6. OS: Android version 7 – 11
7. Suggested Brand: Samsung excluding Huawei (due to Google Play Restriction)

1. Access applications

2. Right click “CBMS Mobile
Applications”
3. Click “Download”

4. Connect your “Device” to
your desktop/laptop
5. In your desktop/laptop, go to
“Downloads” > Right Click >
copy “CBMS Installers and
Files.zip”

6. Create “CBMS Installers”
folder in a very accessible
location in your desktop/laptop

7. Inside “CBMS Installers”
Folder
8. Right Click > Paste the
“CBMS Installers and Files”

9. Right Click “CBMS Installers
and Files.zip”
10. Click “Extract Here”

11. A folder named “CBMS
Installers and Files” should
have been extracted
12. Right Click > Copy “CBMS
Installers and Files”

13. Go to “Device Name”
14. Go to “Tablet”

15. Right Click > Paste “CBMS
Installers and Files” folder in
the root of your “Tablet”

16. Open the Tablet
folder. You will see a
file error_codes.txt.

17. Right click the file
error_codes.txt. Click
Cut.

18. Paste the file
error_codes.txt inside
the Tablet folder.

mobile app version’s apk.

5. Tap “Install”

8. Do not forget to copy the
file error_codes.txt. To
do this, go to your
tablet’s internal storage.

9. Long press the file
error_codes.txt. Buttons will
appear below. Among these, click
Move to. Then press the Back
button.

10. Paste the file error_codes.txt in
Internal Storage.

How to Install : e-Classification

1. Tap “e-Classification”

Important Note:
1. Enumerators are required to download the CBMS
Form 2/HPQ in the tablet as reference.

2. Tap “Install”

How to Update the Version of the CBMS Mobile App

Guide on How to Update the Version of the CBMS Mobile App
1. Tap on System Version. Check
the current version of the app.

2. You may also look at the internal
storage of the tablet to check the
version of the CBMS mobile
application.

3. Connect to the internet. In the
application, click the hamburger
menu icon.

4. In the application, tap the System
Version.

5. If the application system version is
not updated, a pop-up window will
appear saying that the: “CBMS
Mobile Application is outdated.
Do you want to update your
CBMS Mobile Application?”. Click
Confirm.

6. Wait for the download progress
monitoring bar to complete.

7. When the downloading of the
system update is complete, a
message “Downloaded
successfully”.

8. Note that even after installing the
new apk of the CBMS Mobile
Application, the application still
remains at its current apk version.
In this example, the application is
still at v. 2.2.5 even after installing
the v. 2.2.6 apk.

9. To trigger installation of the new
app system version, go to the
internal storage of the tablet. Tap
on the apk of the CBMS Mobile
application’s new version.

10. A pop-up window will appear.
Click on Install.

1. Connect to the internet. On the
tablet’s splash screen/home
screen, tap on CSEntry.

2. Click on the kebab menu icon. This
is located at the upper right hand
corner of the application page.

3. Select Add Application on the
menu.

4. Select QR Code. (Note that the
Focal Person will provide the QR
Code to you.) The tablet’s camera
will turn on. Then, capture the QR
code.

5. Let the application update. A
download progress monitoring bar
will appear.

6. When the download/ updating is
completed, the download progress
monitoring bar will disappear. You
should be ready to use the updated
HPQ CAPI App version after this.
