Be mindful of what you think, say or do.
Wrong things have their painful effects,
that’s true.
注意身语意的 行止，
错失有不善的报应。

Conquer fear through understanding
and stilling the mind.
Eradicate any clinging to ME, MY
and MINE.
通过了解及静止的心克服恐惧，
消除自我的执着：我、我的，我所有。

On matters to do that truly matter ultimately,
do not wait, hesitate or procrastinate foolishly.
终究必须做的紧要事 ，
切勿不智的犹豫拖延。

Acknowledge any wrong action of the
mind, speech or body.
Resolve NOT to repeat … then keep
doing more good mindfully.
承认在身语意上的过失，
决心不重犯并多行善业。

When self-pride, conceit
or ego gets in the way,
relationships can take a dip
needless to say.
傲、慢，我存在，
关系便恶化。

Cultivate and spread
Metta or Loving-Kindness.
This will bring to you and others
much happiness.
关爱、多修慈爱心，
自己、别人都快乐。

Dispel unwholesome
distractions from the mind.
The mind can then
settle into peace sublime.
克服散乱的心，
安住寂静之乐。

Avoid the foolish,
associate with the wise.
This will help your
spirituality to rise.
离愚痴人、结交智者，
这是心灵增上之道。

The Past is dead and gone,
it is now just a Memory.
Let go of Guilt, Regret
and any Negativity.
不追忆已消逝的过去，
放下内疚、悔和不善法。

Develop good thoughts, kind speech
and wholesome action.
This’ll pave the Way to Peace, Bliss
and Liberation.
修习 存好心、说好话、行好事、
为胜妙寂静、解脱铺下基础。

“May we grow and blossom
in Compassion and Wisdom
as we walk The Middle Way
towards Enlightenment.”
愿我们悲智双修，
依中道究竟解脱。
