Case Number 1
The patient is a 29-year-old Caucasian female with
a chief complaint of "I have a slight irregularity of
my front teeth and I would like to have it
corrected." She has a past history of orthodontic
treatment that included extraction of 4 premolars.
Her medical history is noncontributory and she
receives regular dental care. She has no
functional complaints. She appears very
motivated to have treatment.
