Trabajo científico que lleva de la mano al investigador hasta concluir que en efecto los medios de comunicación social de nuestras naciones influyen irremediablemente en la aplicabilidad e implantación de una política criminal que afecta muchas veces a personas inocentes sobre todo porque no responden al estatus quo, que los medios de comunicación configuran para calificar dentro del perfil que los periódicos, radios y medios televisivos y electrónicos consideran aceptable dentro de la convivencia humana. Erráticamente, a los periodistas, como supervisores del quehacer político se les rechaza en sus evaluaciones, cuando conforme nuestro trabajo de investigación se estima que es mucho más conveniente incorporarlos en la implantación de políticas criminales y no permitirles que a través de sus artículos, editoriales, reportajes, entrevistas y noticias sugieran y obliguen a sectores inocuos del quehacer nacional a implantar delitos, sanciones, penas, e incluso y quizá lo peor a ampliar el marco punitivo de nuestros países, provocando gigantismo penal que está provocando que respirar y pensar sea un delito y se sancione peor que el asesinato o la violación. En nuestras naciones, no se puede permitir que el sistema de justicia, dirigido por jueces venales y corruptos, en su mayoría, se encarguen de conducir procesos que no permiten establecer la verdad y mucho menos con fiscales que no saben o no actúan con apego al profesionalismo, permitiendo que centenares de personas inocentes permanezcan detenidas en lo que podríamos fácilmente considerar el fracaso del sistema de justicia y que únicamente puede ser rescatado si se permite que quienes ven de otra forma, desde lejos, sin intereses personales o de grupo, participan en la integración de planes, proyectos, iniciativas y programas que coadyuven al surgimiento no de políticas, sino de una sola política criminal que lleve a nuestras naciones a la búsqueda de una convivencia humana en paz. De lograrse ello, el sistema de justicia tendrá que atender otros asuntos que también afectan la tranquilidad social, pero no deberán enfocar todas sus energías y recursos sólo para los criminales, para quienes por diversas razones sociales no atienden lo consensuado o se niegan a convivir en armonía y paz. Los medios, conforme la tesis doctoral que hoy presentamos, pueden contribuir,como igualmente lo pueden hacer otros importantes sectores sociales como las iglesias que en sus propios sectores influyen entre quienes les escuchan. Ya basta que la opinión pública oriente a sancionar cada vez más grave a los que conducen sin chaleco o no llevan casto o incluso quienes no pagan una renta. Son infractores, y por supuesto que hay que aplicar la ley, pero sus esfuerzos junto con los que integran todo el sistema de justicia, deben ser orientados a ser cada vez más humanos, a vivir en armonía y a castigar a quienes en efecto no atienden lo que la ley regula.
