1. To Whom It May Concern:
For those of us whose jobs have become dependent on computers, you know the
frustration of a computer that just isn't working right. But that frustration is quickly
diminished when someone like Melvin Banks is there to answer your call for help.
For the past year and a half, Melvin has answered that call at NYIT. Not only has
he fixed the computer, he has also provided a wealth of knowledge and helpful tips to
make my days less stressful. His patience in answering questions and his proficiency in
managing my computer problems are going to be sorely missed.
Many people now days have the knowledge necessary to keep computers in good
working order. What is rare is the computer technician who also has the people skills to
keep the computer operator in good working order. Melvin is a delightful blend of these
two skills. I'm sure he will be successful in any endeavor he chooses and I wish him the
best in his life choices.
