This document summarizes feedback from the 1st Fundamental Elements Info Day held by the European GNSS Agency and changes they will implement. It discusses raising the co-funding rate from 60% to 70%, limiting access and licensing of background and foreground intellectual property, extending eligibility to single beneficiaries, capping liability to the amount of the grant, and organizing information sessions to increase familiarity with the framework for industries not currently engaged with the GNSS Agency.
