Team Leader (F036472) took the call and following feedback has been given for Ali:
Wanted to give Ali the heads up on doing a great job, I was struggling for the last 7 months with
multiple callers from SGB. Ali was the only one who listened to me which lifted a great weight off my
shoulders. I suffered bad marital issues and as a result I have been trying to make a dollar to make
ends meet. Ali has come along helped me substantially which brought tears to my eyes. I have been
struggling and trying to talk to people to get help but no one offered. He thanked Ali for providing
heartfelt genuinity in your call.
