ISCHAEMIA ; Typical & atypical symptomology.
NICE defines anginal pain as follows;
Constricting discomfort in the front of the chest, neck, shoulder, jaw or arms.
Precipitated by physical exertion.
Eased by GTN within ~ 5 mins.
3 of the above is typical angina.
2 of the above is atypical angina.
1 or none of the above is non-anginal chest pain.
