Chocolate Banana Breakfast Fritters

A couple of ripe bananas to use, and
want a quick pleaser for breakfast?
Then this is it, Crispy on the outside
and moist chocolaty on the inside.
The sweetness comes from just
chocolate and bananas. It’s gluten
free, uses teff flour, fair trade choco-
late, and milk kefir or buttermilk.
If you haven’t baked with cast iron
then you are in for a treat, and will
use this technique for many a morn-
ing moon to come.
