When we talk of HR, few things which promptly come to the mind are Talent Acquisition and 
Management/Performance appraisals/ KRAs/KPIs/Attendance/Employee welfare/ so on and so forth – Nothing

on the subject. People are used to fire fight the Human Capital Management Issues and begin to treat the tools 
used therein as the end (referred to as HR commonly) little realizing that tools will be tools and that a Holistic, 
highly proactive and integrated approach is needed when it comes to the realms of Human Capital Management. 
Individuals just drift in life till final day of reckoning. If lucky, they drift in the right direction but usually most of 
them end up in their old age wishing that they would have done this and done that to succeed individually and 
collectively! Worst part is that they fail to do any better with their off-springs despite the realization. Even at the 
old age stage, one is too busy whining and lamenting unused potential for want of Opportunities, Circumstances 
etc etc, rather than re inventing oneself. 
Almost everyone is worrying and scurrying like headless chicken throughout their lives but no one is pausing to

through all ages and understands the importance and role of these traits in the journey of life. Most importantly 
we link this all to the end goals as we subscribe to beginning with the end in mind philosophy. We work upon
