2. What is an OMR Sheet?
A related field to OMR and OCR is the
recognition of barcodes such as the UPC bar code
found on product packaging. One of the most
familiar applications of optical mark recognition is
the use of #2 pencil (HB in Europe) bubble optical
answer sheets in multiple choice question
examinations. Full form of OMR Sheet is Optical
Mark Recognition.
3. There are four parts in an OMR Sheet
• First and third part has to be filled with black/blue
ball point pen.
• For filling fourth part use only hb pencil.
• Use this form with care. Donot fold or smudge.
• Second part of the OMR Sheet has to be filled by
the evaluator.
• Read the instructions carefully before filling OMR
Sheet.
4. Instructions To The Candidate For
Filling OMR Sheet
Before Filling OMR Sheet,
Candidate should
remember one thing that
OMR sheets are evaluated
by
computer software. This
software is very sensitive
and only read properly filled
black colour bubbles. Do
not temper
or scratch the OMR sheet.
Only mention the required
information in the OMR
sheet.
5. Specific spaces or boxes are provided
in the OMR sheets to fill the required information like Name,
Enrolment Number and Subject Code, Subject Name and
Signature. Writing part is to be filled with pen and marking part is
to be done with hb pencil and do not write anything else on the
OMR sheets or do not make any
specific symbol or sign otherwise whole OMR test will be rejected.

8. Candidate have 11 digit Enrollment number in
Amity University .So candidates should fill the
enrollment number in OMR Sheet carefully.
Enrollment Number is mentioned in the Admit Card.

for any of the
question because
there is only one
correct answer for
all the questions.
