1: Familiarizing with the support page
• Logon to shoppazy with your login id and password.
• After you login, click on “Support” under “My Store” menu. It will take to the
“Support” screen.

1: Familiarizing with the support page
• On “Support” screen, it shows all the support tickets.
– “Ticket Id” column corresponds to the unique ticket no.
– “Subject” column corresponds to the subject line of ticket created.
– “Created On” column corresponds to the creation date of ticket.
– “Last Modified” column corresponds to the date of most recent changes done to ticket.
– “Status” column corresponds to the status of ticket.
– “Issue Type” column corresponds to the type of issue. There are 2 types: “General” and “Return or
Refund”.
– “Severity” column corresponds to the severity of the issue.
– “Last comment” column corresponds to the comments made for the issue.
• You can filter by each of the column attribute by entering text in the text box specific to column.

TIPS:
• Review status of each ticket pertaining to the issue. Make sure that all issues raised
are resolved. If not then follow up with Shoppazy customer support.
• If you are facing any specific issue and you have some screen print then please
remember to attach the screen print document. That would help to expedite on
the resolution of the issue.
