Narrative of Presentation
My group presented our PowerPoint presentation on the globalization pillar of 21st
century education. We read the slides out loud to the class and then we went back to the second
slide of our PowerPoint to further expand on the definition of globalization. We talked about
how the borderless globe we were referring to could be seen in a way related to communication
or transportation. We stressed that our presentation was only on the communication aspect of
globalization. Through the questioning we got from our professor, we established that
globalization starts in teaching children about the geography of the world. Children must first
know about the world before they can properly explore and take full advantage of its borderless
nature. We also established that borderless globe simply meant that there were no boundaries.
