Reflection paper At the beginning of this course, I was curious as to how it would develop. The
following is a reflection on how the course has impacted me in both learning, expectations as a new
leader, and my everyday working life. I found that when I took the three leadership evaluation tools,
the results were not far off from what I expected. These results made me feel positive about myself
and the direction that I have intended on driving my career towards. These tools further identify

How strength can be present in the story from the time when George goes Lennie, and shoots his
skull. The reason why George has done this, is because Lennie's physical strength is too powerful
with a combination of his mental weakness where Lennie can't control it. This leads to the murder of

As human beings, we need and seek accountability; we are driven by the need to know and to be in

a business will be. Among these factors are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Each of

My second strength is creating an understanding of the task and reward relationship (Daft, 2014).
The employees I supervise are federal work study students. Federal work study students are allotted
a grant to work on campus while attending school. My job allows me to work with students in their
first professional setting. I use the time they are with me to teach them how a conduct themselves in
a structured office environment. I provide the students with rewards if they successfully complete

how these individual's daily activities are with a neurological disorder helped me see just how lucky

Let me start by saying that I've improved somewhat throughout this course in regards to my writing
capabilities. Though these skills are not perfect by any standards, it's with some pride that I can say
that they've developed somewhat. Specifically speaking, the categorizing of information from
various articles with attribution to them when they're used has gone up significantly. There were
many times along the way that I would use the author's ideas without properly accrediting them.
Finding the information and resources to best suit my arguments was not an issue; however,
incorporating citations to give credit to them was an issue. This letter will be mainly focused on the
first paper, the summary, as it was my weakest attempt at writing a college level paper.
Since the summary paper was the first paper I've written for my college career, I can firmly assert
that it was the paper I was most confused on as to what was necessary to make it into a success. I
felt as though I had managed to get many of the author's views out into the open at the cost of some
misinterpretation and unused in–text citation. McClelland's ideas often mixed with my own, which
served as a slippery slope to losing the context of who said what as you pointed out within the

Being weak comes in a mental and physical form. Being mentally weak is to have no sign of resolve
to make something wrong, right, or to be afraid of someone. Being physically weak is to have no

Destination Fitness, like most new businesses, will face a variety of economic issues. Whether it's
from internal weaknesses of the organization or external threats to the company, the organization

Comparing My Beliefs Of Captain America And Captain America
As regular human beings, we presume we couldn't ever compare ourselves to the superheroes we
perceive in comic books or on a movie or TV screen. We believe this because superheroes are
admired and ideal people who own superpowers, superpowers that have the ability to make the
world a better place. Yet, what we don't see is other than the superpowers, we aren't too different.
Superheroes have strengths and weaknesses, passions and morals as we do. I myself, feel as though
I can compare my strengths and weaknesses with Captain America, also known as Steve Rogers.
Captain America is my hero of choice because he possesses noble morals and beliefs that allow him
to always form the right choice, he deeply cares for others and is extremely humane. Lastly, another
strength we both have in common is the leadership and collaboration it takes to lead or be a part of a
team. Pre–eminently, Captain America had strong morals and beliefs before he ever became Captain
America. He believes and knows what it means to be a good person, what it means to not be
immoral. He conjectures that even though people have villainous intent in the world, they can have
some good in them. He likes to help those who are immoral instead of trying to punish them
