  1. 今天大家來學簡報，首先問大家一個問題。在場各位做簡報時，有去做問卷調查的請舉手！
  2. 同理心的比喻 西方諺語：穿別人的鞋，走一哩的路 Q.
  3. 其實老婆更需要的是，幫她做簡報！去買星巴客限量杯！
  4. 在場的朋友，有遇過奧客的請舉手！ 我所遇到的家屬，在預計住滿兩個月出院之前，告訴我們他要去中國，不能把病人接回家。在會談室等著我的，就是這樣一位怒氣沖天的……奧客。
  5. 各退一步。神奇的是，第二天，家屬自己覺得不好意思，就辦出院了。
  6. 許多人認為，我有義務回答他們的問題。 好像我的時間不是時間。
  7. 令我有點生氣！
  8. 你每天回應網友和學員問題，很累吧 我願意付費諮詢喔
  9. 每個人都是網路上的一個節點 人與人之間如何連結呢？ 不只是表面互動 我們還想要連結彼此的心，一起為同樣的價值觀努力
