The imparting or
exchanging of information
by speaking, writing or
using some other
medium.
What are skills ?
A developed talent or ability
in person are called his skills.
Communication skill
The way to express feelings in a
better and effective way so that
everybody is able to understand.

Verbal Communication
Verbal communication is
communication that uses
words, either written or
spoken.

Para verbal
communication
Paraverbal communication refers to
the messages that we transmit
through the tone, pitch, and pacing of
our voices.

Keep your messaging simple,
straightforward and focused.
Empathy is understanding another person's
situation and relating to his emotions.

address what is most important to them.

1. Don’t talk too long without pausing for a
reaction. More than a minute is usually too
long..
2. Never contradict or flatly disagree with the other
person. It’s an implied insult.
3. Don’t be too forceful or emphatic in stating your
opinions until you learn the other person’s attitude.
