2. Introduction
• Smartphones that use Android and IOS are available
everywhere in a variety of models. With that, the
developer chooses to keep abreast in completing this
project by building a mobile application aimed at
providing medical knowledge called "Cancer Survivor".
This app was proposed to give awareness, educate and
inspire the public that cancer can also be cured and can
continue living like ordinary people.

3. Problem Statement
• The application of cancer in the play store
does not contain Islamic way of treatment.
• To give the knowledge about cancer.
• Less interesting in terms of design.

4. Objective
• To design an application of the Cancer
Survivor.
• To develop an app that has information
about Cancer Survivor and allow users to
create markers in the "Diary Calendar".
• To test out the functionalities of this
Cancer Survivor application.

5. Scope
1. User.
•Users will get information about cancer
survivor through reading in this app.
•Users can write a daily note in "Diary
Calendar" about a meeting or some
information as a reminder.
•User can give opinion or additional
information at the comment form.

6. Methodology
• ADDIE model

7. 1. Analyze - Identifies the learning problem, the goals and
objectives, the audience’s needs.
2. Design – Detail of storyboard and prototype to tell the
idea of the application.
3. Development - The process of developing the entire
design using Adobe Flash CS6 to be developed in the
Mobile Application.
4. Implementation – The actual creation of applications
based on the design phase.
5. Evaluation - Test functionalities.
