EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Agreement made between India Fortune, Indian Economy Research Institute of 140-3,
Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, herein referred to as company, and
Dr. Shyamlal G S (name of Researcher), herein referred to as Researcher.
RESEARCHES
1. Researcher is engaged in the business of research & consulting.
2. Researcher has been engaged and has had a great deal of experience in the above-
designated business.
3. Researcher is willing to be employed by Company, and Company is willing to employ
Researcher, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
For the reasons set forth above, and in consideration of the mutual promises and
agreements hereinafter set forth, Company and Researcher agree as follows:
SECTION ONE
EMPLOYMENT
Company hereby employs, engages, and hires Researcher to do research works about
Indian market, and Researcher hereby accepts and agrees to such hiring, engagement,
and employment, subject to general supervision and advice of Company.
SECTION TWO
BEST EFFORTS OF RESEARCHER
Researcher residing in southern part of India conducts Information and Data gathering
and summarizing, data analysis and survey (which targets nearly 50 Indian people, if
necessary.) under the guidance of Company. Researcher should devote his best efforts
to submit Information and Data (or survey result, if necessary). of good quality on time.
That is, Researcher will do his best to conducts Information and Data gathering and
summarizing, data analysis and survey for Company at all times. In addition, the
information and data are accepted by Company (if the information and data are not
accepted by Company, Researcher should supplements the information and data
according to the orders of Company). Researcher should also meet the deadline both
Company and Researcher agree to submit Information and Data (or survey result, if
necessary).
SECTION THREE
COMPENSATION OF RESEARCHER
1. Company shall pay Researcher, and Researcher shall accept from Company, in full
payment for Researcher's research services hereunder, full payment is $3,000.
Prepayments (USD 1,500) pay within one week after Researcher finishes subject 5 by
27th
October, 2014 and the information and data are accepted by Company (if the
information and data are not accepted by Company, Researcher should supplements
the information and data according to the orders of Company). Remaining amounts
(USD 1,500) pay within two weeks after the termination of contract on 19th
November,
2014 (and researcher finishes all orders of company).
2. Income taxes based on Korean tax law will be deducted from the payment mentioned
above.
3. Subject 5 for prepayment is that examining Energy Industry of India, examining
whether global companies (including Korean companies) can enter this industry and
promising partnership companies as options for entering the Indian market.
4. Term of contract is from 23rd
October, 2014 to 19th
November, 2014
5. This project is to work out a strategy for Korean companies to enter the Indian market.
Researcher work as a Research Assistant for Company to collect data from research
papers, articles related with the subject, do survey (which targets nearly 50 Indian
people or more, if Company request to Researcher.) and summarize the information.
SECTION FOUR
RESEARCH ORDER OR RESEARCH PROPOSAL
Company will give orders to Researcher to gather Information and Data (or survey
result, if necessary) or Researcher may want to propose research topics to Company.
Company may choose research topics among those which Researcher proposed and
ask Researcher to gather Information and Data (or survey result, if necessary).
Researcher is recommended to suggest his research topics actively.
SECTION FIVE
THE DEADLINE
Researcher should meet the deadline both Company and Researcher agreed to submit
Information and Data (or survey result, if necessary), which is very important. If
Researcher does not meet the deadline, Company may impose sanctions on
Researcher such as cutting his payment.
SECTION SIX
DISMISSAL OF ONE'S POSITION
If Researcher refuses to carry out the order of Company, or does not meet the deadline
for submitting research Information and Data frequently, Company may want to dismiss
Researcher and Researcher should return prepayments (USD 1,500) within one week
from the dismissal day.
SECTION SEVEN
NOTICE OF QUIT OR DISMISSAL
If Researcher wants to quit his position for India Fortune, or Company wants to dismiss
Researcher, then each party (Company or Researcher) should inform the fact of the
other party at least 10 days in advance.
