Now we need to be even more cautious. ➔ Some of us may need to be back in office if our presence is absolutely required. ➔ However, for most of us Work From Home has been effective ➔ So, lets stay at home and carry on the amazing work that we all are doing Until the risk is minimized. ➔ If at all, you need to be in office, please follow the Govt guidelines as per your locality. ➔ Pay attention to it and let's all be safe.

Remember To ➔ Be Cautious Always consider that everyone around you can be an COVID-19 asymptomatic carrier and is capable of spreading it around you. ➔ Be Considerate Consider that you too could be an asymptomatic carrier of COVID 19 spreading and infecting all around you. ➔ Be Safe Prepare yourself to neither get infected nor infect others by using all your intelligence

Remember To ➔ Avoid Public Transport Prefer using your own transportation and avoind public transportation as much as possible. ➔ Measure your temp regularly Check your temperature before leaving home and coming back, consult a doctor if there is increase in body temperature. ➔ Carry Essentials Always have extra mask or handkerchief and if traveling in crowded place try to wear gloves as well.
- 6. When Going Out of Home: Wear Mask all the time Practice Social Distancing (At least 6 Feet) Sanitize hands on touching any surface Wash hands frequently (for 20 secs) M S S W Golden Rule
- 7. When you reach office ➔ Maintain Distance Prefer to take Stairs than lift. While using lifts maintain distance from each other. Use your arms or elbows to open doors. Try to avoid going on different floors. Avoid going out of office for breaks. Enter and leave office only once ➔ Maintain Hygiene Ensure that your workstation and cubicle are sanitized, prefer sanitizing your system once when reaching office. Sanitize your hands frequently after using any common area or facility. Bring Lunch/Snacks from home and try to eat it in your cubicle only. Avoid ordering food from outside. ➔ E Meeting Prefer emeeting, conference room meetings with minimum number of people while maintiaing distance.

- 9. Say NO To ➔ No sneezing or coughing openly. Always use a tissue, handkerchief Or your arm to sheen or cough ➔ No spitting anywhere in the the office or in public places. Its a Strict No No

Using Public Transport ➔ Sanitize your hands before boarding and DONT touch anything ➔ Ensure that all occupants including the Cab driver is wearing a MASK ➔ Maintain physical separation in a public transport by following 1 person per row on each side of aisle in a zig zag manner. ➔ Ensure open the window of the vehicle for fresh air (In Cab or Bus)
