1. FRIED EGGS

2. It can be done with ham or
onion or whip.

3. Material:
EGGS
SART
OLIVE OIL
FRIES

4. PREPARATION:
 In a frying pan to heat a drizzle of olive oil.
 Just noticed that the oil starts to smoke, add
the egg.
 We let it cook until the curd and clear this
yolk still liquid.
 We removed carefully, put on the fries and
break the yolk, to be distributed over the
remaining potatoes.
