2. A person chooses higher education when he wishes to specialize in his study stream. A prosperous career, financial
security and higher growth opportunities are some of the benefits of higher education. With higher education, a
person becomes more employable with specialized skills and is likely to live a happier and stress-free life. Highly
educated citizens tend to be more involved in community building activities and have a greater sense of discipline
and accomplishment.
Higher education is not all that easy as it seems. Right from financial constraints to lack of funds and scholarships at
universities, problems are many. There are many universities and academic centres of excellence that support higher
education facilities at their campuses. But, to provide the required infrastructure and research facilities for higher
education, it needs an equal amount of investment in terms of time and money on the part of the college.
Hence, higher education costs are usually exorbitant and unreachable to the common masses. A scholarship facility
or a provision to avail study loans will definitely help in this matter. Reservation for category and minority students is
another issue in our country. The cream of the rank achieving lot gets absorbed by the premier institutes of the
country. But the remaining large percentage runs halter shelter to find a good place for an opportunity in higher
education

3. However, apart from the employment benefits, a postgraduate degree makes you more grounded and serious
about life and career. You need many character attributes to be able to successfully complete a PG degree. For
example, you need to be organized, be able to manage time, study hard, do research, and avoid unnecessary
distractions. These habits and qualities developed during A Post Graduate (PG) degree indicates many things
about your personality
This shows you place a greater importance on education and career planning. Your employer is unlikely to miss
out on these two years of your adult life that you have devoted to higher education instead of many other
attractions that are available at that age. One of the by-products of knowledge is money. More knowledge
translates into more money. If not immediately, it certainly does over a period of time Earning a PG degree
significantly improves your career prospects.
A Bachelor’s degree is still very much generic and it does not equip you with any special knowledge or skill that
can help you find a career. This allows you to develop a mature and in depth understanding about your subject
which can be helpful in finding a better job. Your employer will pay you for the special knowledge and skills you
bring to the job.. In this study we have designed conceptual model for analysing the quality of education in the
different institutions.

authority formed in higher education institutions.
Hota and Sarangi (2019) researched It can be undoubtedly stated that, over the ages, the wealth or
poverty of nations largely depends on the quality of higher education.

more critical than before as organizations and individuals are now willing to meet the competition and
the rapidly changing environment

INTERVIEW FOR Ph.D. ADMISSION FOR JULY 2023 SESSION 8
9. The primary research method for the study is literature review and Key performance Indicators of HEIs
In such research, the researcher must first provide himself with a working hypothesis or guess as to the
probable results. He then works to get enough facts (data) to prove or disprove his hypothesis. He then sets
up experimental designs which he thinks will manipulate the persons or the materials concerned so as to
bring forth the desired information. Such research is thus characterised by the experimenter’s control over
the variables under study and his deliberate manipulation of one of them to study its effects.
Empirical research is appropriate when proof is sought that certain variables affect other variables in some
way. Evidence gathered through experiments or empirical studies is today considered to be the most
powerful support possible for a given hypothesis.
Sample Size determination: Based on Pilot study
INTERVIEW FOR Ph.D. ADMISSION FOR JULY 2023 SESSION 9
10. Sample Technique: Simple random Sampling :Initial respondents may be randomly selected, for
example, from the information contained in telephone directories. later, additional respondents can be
included in the sample based on the references made by those initial respondents. This is an inexpensive
and convenient on probability sampling method which suits the situations where the development of
sampling frame is a difficult and time-consuming task First, I have collected data from the one professor
and then I was collected from their friends
Once Identified and analyzed the Key performance indicators from various institution, Develop and
design the conceptual framework for measuring the performance of HEIs.
