Content is King.
This is the guiding principle I have always lived by when it comes to digital marketing. To me, content strategy has been a natural evolution from my work as a search marketer, and the value of high quality content has increased tremendously over the past 5 years.
Successfully leveraging digital channels is a critical component of a big picture marketing strategy, and the importance will continue to rise. Most businesses say they are or plan to "use content marketing" as part of their integrated marketing plan. It's time to make content strategy a priority!
