WOMEN’S DAY MODULE4
Objective:
The objective of this module is to make participants self-realize about the choices they
make to design themselves as a person. As goes by a saying “what you think you become”
this session assists participants to design and visualize themselves as a person they want
to be.
Duration: 01hr
SLIDE 4 - PICTURE
This module is all about designing yourself.
Ask the participants which character inspires them the most.
Just brief them about the characters.
Wonder woman
Elsa
Captain marvel
Moana
Tomb raider
Super girl
SLIDE 5 – WHAT IF YOU ARE (ACTIVITY)
Ask the participants to image a fantasy character who they like the most.
Just imagine if they became that character just for one day.
Ask them what would they do as that character in one day.
Debrief: This activity is all about how they design themselves as the character and how
creatively they come up with what they do in one day.

SLIDE 7 TO27 – PICTURE
This is all about how the participants design themselves externally to make them more
appealing.
Starting from the different attire they choose to wear.
Different gadgets – handbags, footwears.
Different ornaments – necklace, earring, bangles.
Different cosmetics.
SLIDE 28 TO 30 - HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF? (ACTIVITY)
This is all about how do they design them based on
1. How would you want to describe yourself?
2. Choose two beliefs that you would like to have?
3. What values would you like to have?
Ask the participants to choose one trait among from (Descriptive, Beliefs and Values)
Ask to pick and note it down anyone based on what fits them and which defines them the
most.
SLIDE 31 to 35 – CHOOSE YOUR CARICATURE (ACTIVITY)
Moving on to this slide ask them to pick which caricature profession is so close to them.
Ask the participants to pick the caricature profession from 1 to 24.
Ask them to connect with the (Descriptors, Beliefs and Values) they picked.
For example, they can note it down as 1 (Caricature image) + (Descriptors, Belief
statement and Value)
Ask the participants to compile all this together and brief everyone on why they chose the
(Descriptive, Belief statement, value and caricature) and how did they connect all together
& design themselves.
Debrief: This activity shows that how the participants design themselves based on the
choices that are aligned with their values.

SLIDE 36 –MAKE A MOVIE
In this activity participants must come up with an interesting movie name based on their
chosen traits (Descriptors, Beliefs & Values).
Along with that ask them
• Who will be the main star of this movie?
• What will be the punch dialogue of the movie?
• What will be the song of this movie?
Resonate - ask the participants
• Why did you come up with this movie name, star, punch dialogue & song?
• How did you design yourself based on the traits that you chose?
Ask them to share few words about how they came up with the movie name aligning with
their chosen traits (Descriptors, Beliefs & Values).
Debrief: This activity reveals the creativity of the participants in designing themselves.
SLDE 37 – TAKE AWAY
Ask the participants what is their key take away from this session on trust building. Ask
them how can they relate this session in their day to day routine.
SLIDE 38 & 39 – FEEDBACK & RECOMMENDATION
Ask the participants to give feedback about the session on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 being
lowest and 5 being the highest. Ask them would they recommend the same session to
their colleagues.
