This document contains a private land consent form that hunters must have signed by the landowner to hunt on private property in Connecticut. The form requires the hunter's name and contact information, the landowner's name and address of the property, the number of acres, and dates to designate what hunting seasons and implements are allowed. Landowners who allow recreational use of their property without fee are protected from liability under Connecticut law. Hunters must have all required licenses before hunting and may only do so during the calendar year specified by the landowner on the consent form.
