3. ABOUT US
Insighters were founded in 2013 with 4 members for providing
guidance and help to students. It is an initiative taken by students to
help students. As the name suggests, we are all about insight. In this
world of cutthroat competition, where one career decision- right or
wrong - can change the way society looks at you, the right guidance
can be the defining factor which shall take you to the success that you
desire. We provide students guidance to choose a career best suitable
for them. Today Insighters have more than 1000 members. We have
brought phenomenal changes in career choosing path for students by
providing them knowledge about various opportunities in market and
new emerging areas.

The fantastic four: Saurabh Rao, Mahesh Garg, Gaurav Rohilla &
Aishwarya Saxena are the pillars of insighters. We are just normal
students pursuing CA but having different interests. One of us has
interest in ‘Fashion designing’ , one is determined to be an ‘IAS’, one
wants to become a successful CA and dreams of handling an ‘Event
management firm’ , while one us dreams of owning a magazine
company someday ! This how we realized, when we four have
different dreams but are into same profession, there must be millions
of students like us. And that is when we came up with this idea of
‘INSIGHTERS’ where we believe in.
4. OUR VISION
We believe in ‘DREAM.DELVE.DISCOVER.’ Students dream of Sunday
blues instead of Monday blues but end opposite due to wrong
decisions taken at the career deciding time.
With an inextinguishable fire of achieving nothing less than the
absolute best, we envision an event that we planted like a little
sapling, to cultivate into a majestic tree, and for Insighters to be
bigger and better. We hope and believe that year 2014 would not
only be instrumental in continuing our legacy, but will weave new
ones by surpassing everyone’s ones by surpassing everyone’s
expectations, including our own, and with continuous hard work and
dedication, our aspirations will in fact actualize to provide stunning
results.
In a nutshell, this year, we break away from our old norms, and hope
to establish a legacy of our own and push forward our own bars of
excellence.
We deal with students from wide range: starting from 10th
grade to
professional courses like CA, CS, CFA, etc. Whether it is conducting
seminars to boost know-how, getting them in contact with proper
advisors, or giving them the motivation they need.
Our key areas of focus are awareness of emerging career fields,
technical knowledge improvement, soft skills improvement and IT
skills improvement.
5. I’CONCLAVES & SEMINARS
Seminars are conducted by Insighters on regular basis to improve
skills of students and make them learn something new and better
every time. Events at Insighters are designed in a way which not only
cater to every individual’s talents but also help the students in
masses to recognize their talents.

FORMER SUCCESSES
Our past record of events shines bright with success, which hasn’t
only built up the reputation that we have but also granted us
quintessential experience and expertise in the field on organizing and
managing such events. The encouraging feedback that we have been
getting from the participants has given us a kick start onto a long
journey of building ourselves as a separate brand.
SUPPORT
Without the support and help of the colleges, Institutes, Companies
no event can be successful no matter how big, innovative or reputed
it is. We have always been lucky to get continued support from the
college, Institute, which have fueled our untiring efforts for Events.
DIVERISTY IN IMMENSITY
The Insighters has a following of large population of students from
varied backgrounds. This diversity in terms of nationality, residency
and course-preference not only makes us unique in essence but also
a perfect set of populace for the event.
DEDICATED TEAM
The consortium is an independent society made up of dedicated
individuals with independent viewpoints who work together in
unison for the events with all their passion, making events not only a
work of their hands, but their hearts.
7. THE INSIGHTERS INITTIATIVE
CA ILLUMINATION
CA Illumination was started to help CA students to provide a forum
to gain assistance during their preparation for CA exams. It includes
providing students with an insight into important topics, glimpses of
significant questions, test taking strategies and stress management
techniques.
FREE COUNSELLING (FOR STUDENTS BY STUDENTS)
Insighters provide free career counselling to students by other
students to they can understand it better and know about others
emerging and less touched career opportunities. It also focuses on
choosing right career for student in which he/ she can immensely
grow and succeed.
PSC
PSC (Professional Students Club) was an initiative taken by Insighters
with various coaching institutes to bring students under one roof to
improve their skills and knowledge.
