 Was a part of all launches from handbags, sunglasses, shoes & apparels
 Worked on Apparel mainly Kids apparel and Innerwear.
Additional Responsibilities
 Point of contact for Apparel (Innerwear).
 Set up meetings with the VM on a monthly basis to discuss the issues in catalog.
June 2014 – Current - Position Held: Import Specialist (Product compliance).
 To check the Compliance Documents received from the Vendor to make sure that the
products are in compliance with US Regulations
 Carefully review the Documents to make sure that the product is compliant with amazon.

2.  Worked for US, Canada and Europe marketplace.
 Worked on making SOP for the process and doing constant Changes to it.
 Introduced New tools and concepts to the team
 Creating and Standardizing the blurbs for better Customer experience
 Worked on a Few projects with Seattle team for bulk approval for some vendors
 Customer obsession : making sure that the Vendor doesn’t face problems in Acquiring the
required documents
 As an Escalation specialist had to work on the Escalated cases and provide resolution to
them and bring down escalation queue drastically.
Additional Responsibilities
 After 2 months of training became mentor for the US team
 Created a training manual for internal training purposes
 Owned the process of creating the SOP and rules for reviewing the documents for Elec.

 Took the task of working on APS report which had to be published and worked on daily
