About
I have been working at ITC hotels -- ITC GRAND BHARAT for a year now. Its a Luxury Collection Retreat (branding by Starwood) amongst the 300 acre Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. I joined this project at the completion and handing over phase, meaning I have handled high pressure and high expectations right at the beginning of my career. Having managed the coordination and execution of the four grand presidential villas, I learnt not only about the management skills required to deal with the informal construction sector as well as the formal management of the hotel, but also gained a lot of insight into the high-end equipment and finishes required for a premium retreat like this.
