B. Sai Chandravadhan, Managing Director of Sand legal Private
Limited is a lawyer of twenty four year’s standing. Sai started his
career in litigation law, practicing in the offices of Mrs. Nalini
Chidambaram where he continued for eight years before moving
into transactional law as the head of a Compliance Management
Company. .
Sai’s core expertise is in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
consisting of implementing compliance systems, providing content
support, contract building and summarization, audits and
consulting in compliance solutions amongst others. He specializes in
Global Legislative Compliance Management. .

6. K.C. Anand
Chairman
Anand is a technical entrepreneur who qualified as mechanical
engineer and followed it up with a management degree.
He started his career with Sartorious India, a German multinational,
designing, manufacturing and marketing products and systems in
the field of separation technology, weighing technology and
hydrodynamic bearings. He then had a stint with Briggs Equipment,
specialists in the manufacture of stainless steel processes
equipment for the petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical,
brewery & distillery industries.
