A 20-year-old female presented with left-sided facial spasms, right-sided ringing in the ears, and vision problems for one year. An eye exam showed bilateral swollen optic discs and venous congestion. Imaging tests revealed prominent cortical veins, stenosis at the junction of the right transverse and sigmoid veins, and small left transverse and anterior superior sagittal sinuses, indicating cerebral venous hypertension.
