1. Project Charter
My reasons for this project are as follows:
I want to show my project management skills
I want to improve my project management skills
I want to show my creative skills
I would like to try and launch a successful app that would sell a lot
I want to show my time management skills
My goals are:
To make an app that is fun and that people enjoy
To make some money to fund future apps and buy some new stuff
To start a successful app company
My deadline is only 4 weeks away so I will have to prove my time management skills and
work fast to achieve my goal. It will test my project management skills and creative flair to
the limit but I will try my best to finish the design concept in time.
The app will on all major Smartphone operating systems, such as iOS, Android and
Blackberry. Plus it will work on either tablets or phones.
It will be commercially viable.
