  • After you have successfully implemented Salesforce, you can then start to extend your application. You can enable mobile access for your users with mobile lite. You can extend the functionality of your crm with integrations like the outlook integration or other email and calendar apps available on the Appexchange. And you can find hundreds of helpful apps on the Appexchange for things like sending bulk HTML campaigns, accepting online donations, and printing labels, envelopers and invoices right from Salesforce
  • User adoption is key to making Salesforce CRM a success. To ensure high rates of user adoption you need a long-term strategy, with ongoing efforts to drive adoption. To be able to measure and monitor adoption, you can install the free adoption dashboards app available on the Appexchange.
